How a Med Sanctuary Journey Works
Every MedSanctuary journey is one inseparable experience — surgery, recovery and concierge are never sold as separate packages.
1. Personalised recommendation. After you register at the enquiry page, our team prepares a written recommendation report based on your goals — including the recommended procedure, surgeon notes, and an itemised quotation in AUD.
2. Surgical consultation. Before anything is booked, you review the plan with the surgical team via video or written consultation. No surgery is scheduled until you have asked every question and given informed consent.
3. Arrival & surgery. You are met at Bangkok airport by your concierge and supported through pre-operative checks, surgery in an accredited hospital, and the first 24 hours of monitored recovery.
4. The Recovery Sanctuary. You then move to our private post-operative residence with structured nursing care, daily wound checks, nutritional support and 24/7 concierge access. This is included in every journey — never an upsell.
5. Home with a plan. Before you fly home, you receive a written aftercare plan, surgeon's notes and medication records so your Australian GP can coordinate follow-up. The MedSanctuary team remains contactable throughout your recovery.
