1.Pre-Op Health Check Up - Free Service
We include a complimentary Pre-Op Health Check Up at least one day before surgery to confirm you’re fit for the procedure. This free check includes:
Physical exam and vital signs (BP, heart rate, temperature)
Relevant blood tests (CBC, glucose, clotting profile, etc.)
ECG when indicated
Medical history, medications, allergies, and prior surgeries review
Anesthesia suitability assessment
Consultation on findings, perioperative instructions, and post-op care
Results are reviewed promptly; if issues arise, the medical team will advise next steps. This check is included in your package at no extra cost.
2.Post-Operative Treatment (7-14 Days)
Post‑operative care features close observation by nursing staff, wound care, scheduled doctor visits, and daily meals. The treatment protocol also includes therapies such as red light therapy, lymphatic massage, and IV injections as needed.
After the surgery, normally after 5-7 days you will be given post-op treatment.
Red light therapy to stimulate tissue repair and reduce inflammation;
Lymphatic massage (Conditional) to accelerate fluid drainage and reduce swelling;
A support garment to provide proper compression for stable results; and
IV treatment to restore hydration and essential nutrients.
Combining these services into one package makes recovery easier, more economical, and ensures comprehensive, high-quality post-operative care.
3.Follow Up and Stitches Removal
While staying at the retreat hotel, you’ll have a few hospital appointments for wound cleaning and stitch removal (usually in week 2). We provide private transport between the hotel and hospital. Your coordinator will keep you informed and ensure a smooth recovery journey.
